About the Image:
A detail shot of Laelou my little one eyed beast. I've been toying with the idea of doing a close up shot of her face, and more particularly her one eye. After going camping this last weekend I found some muse and went to work =)

Character:
Laelou (pronounced: lay-low). Lo started her life as a farm cart puller in some unnamed city until the age of five. One morning on the way from the farm to the market Lo and her cart were ambushed by some large cats or some variety. In the midst of battle Lo was released from her harness and cart and given the freedom she had always desired. Her freedom came at a price however. While battling the cats she had caught a paw to the right side of her face, more or less blinding her right eye, and leaving her with long vertical white scars. She can see cloudy shapes out of her right eye still but will never regain her full sight.

Very well done! The close-up just screams to me for some reason. I don't often see that sort of angle, and it's a very refreshing touch. Wonderful job done on the recoloring, as well! I thought it was a stock of a black horse before I looked at it.

Awesome job!
